Link next to field handle, does not show up with fields displayed within slideouts

To replicate this bug, create matrix field and set "view mode" as cards.

Not really a bug per se; I decided at some point to not add the field and source setting links inside slideouts, mostly because the workflow in jumping into settings from a slideout seems kind of messy to me.

I might reconsider, but I think that a better idea (that I have been thinking about since 5.0 dropped) would be to refactor how CP Field Inspect works, where all field settings opened in slideouts (similarly to how field settings can be accessed from field layout designers in Craft 5), nixing the redirect to the dedicated settings page altogether.

In the meantime, if you really want to access field settings via a slideout, you can open the element's dedicated edit page from the button in the top right.
