The full definition of defaults for variable variability was clarified in 3.0.1, especially w.r.t. parameter, calculatedParameter and structuralParameter to be fixed, rather than the discrete/continuous defaults for other causalities, based on their type.

Update variable variability defaults for 3.0.1

Reflect clarifications in 3.0.1 in the way variability defaults are determined for parameters. Fixes modelica#590.
