Domain expiration

Expiration system in place to make sure it doesn't fill with domain parkers, etc.

Ideally the time would be 30 days after registration, and then renewals would add a year. You can only renew within 2 months of expiration (so new registrations will be able to immediately renew for a duration of 1y 30d, this is intentional).
