createShellLinkHelper()sets the working directory to the exe path. I'm not sure what the effect of this is, I haven't checked if this does function to set the working directory, but it seems like a mistake. The Windows Property dialog complains if the path is left like that when clicking OK: "The folder '<exe path>' specified in the Start In box is not valid. Make sure that the folder exists and that the path is correct."
