[Feature Request] Log worked hours value.

It would be nice if jira-logger supported logging time to a Jira task by providing the value of worked hours.

Provided value could be in minutes or hours.
something like:
php jiralogger log:hours TASK-123 -t 30m -d "Somke Test"
php jiralogger log:hours TASK-123 -t 4.5h -d "Regression Test"
