I attempted to import a regular wiki (not a wiki farm) from 1.9 to 2.0 and the pages came over but with all the links broken; i.e., if a page Foo attempted to link to a page Bar, then it would change the link to \Bar which causes it to think it should be to Foo\Bar incorrectly.

I think the solution #1609 to #1597 with the namespace option may have caused this, since the default namespace described is the empty string, and that would make the links relative links.
