Navigation to financial postiions page after financial positions error pops up modal

After attempting to withdraw funds exceeding the available balance and receiving the following error:

navigating away from the financial positions page then back causes a modal box to be displayed:

A solution to both this issue, and #67, that would likely result in better usability, would be to display the funds withdrawal to the user with the modal up, instead of hiding the modal to display the error.
