Check if barcode has enough reads

Make a file that contains barcodes that don't have (almost) any reads (at least 0.0%).
This information should be in the results folder and maybe with an extension.
File should look like this:
fileprefix_lane_barcode.rejected and should have information in the file why it has been rejected
