bcl2fastq step is producing warnings/errors on missing InternalSampleID column

it is part of the CreateIlluminaSamplesheet_v2.sh that is part of the ngs-utils (which is only running when there is a single barcode).
The newer version, dual-barcode-ready, is part of the the NGS_Demultiplexing repo already (called CreateIlluminaSamplesheet_v3.sh).
Proposal (easy fix): Fixing issue with the non-existing column(s) and create a new version in this repo and use this for the single barcode
Proposal (harder fix): Update the dual-barcode script that it will also allow single barcodes (+removing the non-existing column(s))
