Writing CATALOG and ISRC from .toc into .cue

I wrote a small patch to copy the CATALOG entry and the ISRC entry from the 
toc-file into the cuesheet

I appended the patch-file to this issue.  Hope you like it.

I didn't look too much, but on the project home there was no immediately 
visible contact information, so I use this issue.
