Error Finding Sklearn library

Urgent
I am trying hard to find the the problem with different python version . But except python three it is showing lot of code errors and in python 3 it cannot find sklearn library .

Hi, You should be able to solve these problems by checking for this on stackOverflow. Looks like some necessary common files for most python projects are not available. Thank you Sreehari
