Describe your feature

The crash reporting workflow should be changed to:

ask if user wants to send crash report (as it happens now)
ask the user what happened prior to the crash
send message
1. use the apple mail app if possible (as it happens now)
2. if the apple mail app isn't usable, allow sharing the crash report as file and display the mailaddr to send it to.
