Describe the bug
Smart Menus are not moving in the list so as to reorder their appearance on the menu bar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Smart Menus
  2. Click on an up or down arrow by one of the created menus.
  3. Notice that is does not move.

Expected behavior
The menu should be repositioned in the list and on the menu bar.

Additional context
This was working fine but recently stopped working. I am presuming since upgrade to latest Moodle version but cannot be sure that is when it happened.

I discovered that this behavior was for just one menu. I was able to resolve by duplicating the menu and deleting the original one. Somehow something must have become corrupted with the menu.

Hi @emmarichardson - thank you very much for raising this issue.

While this issue was solved for you, I will ask the team to do some sorting testing on our side to verify that there is really no bug in the code.

Thanks,
Alex
