no sound over the internet

**Moonlight Embedded version:4.3.1
**Moonlight Embedded source: repository
**Moonlight Embedded running on: windows(asus rog ally)
**Moonlight Embedded running on distribution:

so i installed moonlight on my fog ally everything works just fine wwhen im connecting from same network or connecting my rogg ally to my iphone's hotspot with 5g internet.
the problem begins when im connecting to my parents router from my ally its seems that i get only video but no audio at all.no matter what i tried,nothing.
tried connecting with zerotier,reinstall geforce experience ,run Moonlight Internet Hosting Tool again tried to connect with sunshine and gamestream.both same problem.i also checked that the output sound is steam stream speaker.
please i realy appriciate if someone could help me cause i realy dont know what else can i do.
