Controller input constantly getting ‘stuck’

This happens on DS5 and DS4 controllers.

Every minute or so, input becomes non-responsive and the previous input remains stuck. For example, if the joystick was pointing left, when it gets stuck the character will continue to go left no matter what I do. Then, after a few seconds, I regain control again.

Replacing HDMI and messing with AppleTV and TV settings did nothing

I'm having the same problem, it started recently after Moonlight update, Xbox controller.
