Tips.js : tips are cut in mobile

Hello,

I'm trying to use tips on iPhone by tapping a link that is configured to be used by Tips, after the tap the tip is shown but it is cut by the screen edges.

Is it a known bug? If so, is there an intention to fix it any time soon?

You can see the issue if you shrink the window and see that the tip is partly hidden.
