What were you trying to do?
If we fail to upload an ACH file by its cutoff that's an incident. We need to wire in PD calls to alert us in this case.

The transfers would need to be marked as failure, but the real issue is that we missed an upload that should have happened but didn't.

What did you expect to see?

PagerDuty calls to alert us of major problems.
