Would it be possible to have the group name be appended to the header for each new fasta file?

For example, sequences in the esophagus.B.fasta file would look like this:

9_1_12 esophagus.B

If this same OTU were present in esophagus.A.fasta it would look like this:

9_1_12 esophagus.A
