@mmosayed can we add a play icon up top as well? to open up the test runner tray?

(also this ish is HACKZ, fam. great job)

@mottaquikarim I put the test runner play button in the test runner tab. I felt like from a user point of view that made more sense. Plus that tab is supposed to be draggable and extendable. So you can potentially have it take up the whole space.
