Don’t enable Send Usage Data by default

• The “Send usage data” toggle in Settings is enabled by default;
• This doesn’t play nice with the whole concept of a privacy-oriented browser.

Ideas for Solution

• Disable collection of usage data by default;
• Optionally, add an explicit prompt to the onboarding flow.

Hi @yakovmanshin just a quick message to let you know that we recognize this request but that we currently have no plan to change the current default regarding telemetry. We will be reworking the onboarding flow soon and I will bring this up as something we can do there. We will have that discussion but I can't guarantee that it is something we will do.
