[Review Helper] "Hide All Inlines" should hide Review Helper comments as well

Alternatively, there should be another way to temporarily hide all Review Helper comments.

Use case: I'm reading through a patch to understand what it's trying to do on a high level and decide whether the thing it's trying to do is sensible. Review Helper comments, which are often about details like doing string concatenation more efficiently, are a distraction to me at this stage.
