Implement an Embed that generates a tracing debug/testing interpreter

Seems like an Embed instance that takes a finally tagless interpreter and an F interpreter and outputs a product of each operation's return type and the Reification that led to it. Might be some type parameter messiness in that it's returning something other than the simple F of the operation.
