0.10.0 breaks IntelliSense outside workspace

• SCSS IntelliSense Version: 0.10.0
• Operating System: Windows 10

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add any workspace with scss files to the editor
2. Open a file not in the workspace
3. SCSS not autocompleting

I do a lot of work on remote files, and keep a copy of my working files as an added workspace. This makes it that I can autocomplete mixins etc directly in the remote files as this extension scanned the workspaces. But since the recent update, the autocomplete etc is limited to the files in the workspace, and a remote file now doesn't work anymore. Please add back support for this, as it's crucial in my way of working, and other languages like PHP also work this way.
