I'm hitting the same issue but only for one of my Blinds controllers, the downstairs one is working fine 🤷♂️ |

What version of the integration are you running? I am on the latest version and its working fine so far. |

It might be worth rebooting your neo hub I have seen where it stops responding correctly and a reboot fixes it. |
By rebooting the neo hub do you mean unplug and plug back in or within the neo app somehow? Thanks. |
@lynnd22 I would unplug it wait about 30 seconds and plug it back in |
Hi, I did that, and it still isn't working. I also uninstalled the neo integration, restarted, and reinstalled to see of that would work and no joy. Any ideas? Sorry to be a pain? It's so odd was working perfectly then just stopped. |
can you go to Settings -> System -> Logs and see if there is any information in there from the integration? |
No nothing at all in the logs at all. |
I've unplugged the neo hub again and plugged back in and now they are working! Any ideas what causes this issue? |
I've never been able to track down exactly what happens to cause the hub to need rebooted. because most of the time the App works fine still but home assistant just won't communicate with the hub. |

Ok so one blind has stopped responding again, rest are ok... |
Does the blind still work using the official app? |
Yes all working fine in the Neo app. |
Hmm having to restart the neo hub all the time as my kitchen blind stops responding all the time....any suggestions? thanks. |
last time I have seen that happen it required replacing the hub, I would suggest contacting the Neo Smart Blinds support and seeing what they say about it. |
But the hub is fine, the Neo app itself works fine as does the physical remote... |
not sure what happend but on the last HA update blinds no longer respond.
