Upgrade to Angular 16

Hi,

Just curious if you guys are planning on upgrading the library to support Angular 16 anytime soon?

I was able to take this and work it into the latest Angular 16 in a recent personal project, so it is doable, but I think this would need to be a major version update to get it work. It will definitely not be backward compatible. Mind you, I altered the look and behavior slightly to fit my needs.
