How to reference image in chat template?

I am trying to load Qwen-VL model with LocalAI, the Qwen-vl model expects a message in template:

<img>{image_path}</img>what is this?

I called the vision API with below curl command:

But the API responded: Sorry, I can't see or read the image..., I guess the image URL is abandoned while pass the payload to the model.

Can anyone tell how to solve this problem?
