vscode无法远程连接云服务器

复现步骤
步骤重现bug行为的过程：
1 打开vscode之后，python插件失效
2 卸载重新安装却失败

预想表现
python插件运行良好，可以远程连接

本地有中文插件

本地中文插件尝试卸载，python插件恢复正常，可以进行语法高亮，跳转，和远程链接
