The documentation is due for a review. Specifically we should make the tutorials more pretty, and @mwilensky768 would like it to just look prettier. A specific instance of confusion is in part (g) of the "Flagging and INS..." section, where some more advanced pyuvdata functions are used without reference or comments.

Additionally, there is a line missing in part (f) which should read uvf = ins.flag_uvf(uvf) such that flags are actually applied, which would be necessary in a real scenario.
