It looks like you are only scrapping the data only on the day whoishiring posts, which results in several missing job postings.

I ran into this, too, so I created a shoddy script to that I ran on the whoishiring posts directly to find all postings after X time. Perhaps you'll find it useful. I've posted the gist here.

Edit:
Disregard. The script seems broken now compared to when I wrote it. The timestamps are no longer differentiated from the usernames by pipes.
