Related to: #488

Do we want to have a process that is regularly kicking out nice maps we can use for promotion? This is one of the parts of ceuk's work that is copy pasted for reports etc.

We could create or commission a template that lets us pipe the updated data through get maps in this general style (but for country rather than local authority):
