Transfer Google Analytics to partners

As part of the transition work we will need to transfer ownership of the GA accounts over to the local partners.

@JenMysoc informs me that Mzalendo and ShineYourEye are both under the mySociety main GA account, People's Assembly has its own account which should make transition easier.

@jacksonj04 has helpfully found this link about changing the top-level owner of a GA property.
