Generic media processor

There should be a generic way to process media files that can be extended for things like LESS/SASS, Coffee script, png crushing, JS minimization. etc.

Ideally this would work similarly to the content parsers, where it is based on file extension. Additionally it should be hookable, to provide an easy way to add new ones.
