Config file name -> .wokconfig

It would be useful to support a more meaningfullly-named config file like .wokconfig to differentiate it from other config files a developer may likely have in his/her site root, e.g., .gitignore, .travisconfig, .htaccess, etc.

I'd prefer not making this a hidden file, but changing it to wokconfig sounds fine to me. I'll do this next time I hack on wok.
