I recently moved to fedora 35 and gnome 41.3
Every restart my extensions are disabled. When I enable them again, I got the error

GNOME Shell integration
Failed to synchronize extensions:
GDBus.Error: org.gnome. Shell. ExtensionError: Unexpected response: Not Found

The extensions work during that session, but next morning they are disabled again, and the same error.

Are there any errors in output of journalctl --user -b -t gnome-shell ?

There is a new symptom. When I have the notification the extension has an upgrade and I click the upgrade button. The upgrade fails, and I can see the ERROR in red.
The only good thing is because it is failing to sync then the next boot will bring back the extension, so I know I don't have to do it again.
