Instead of showing "2 new posts" at the top, the feed should update that page automatically when it detects new posts if the user is already at the top. However, if the user has scrolled down away from the top, instead of "2 new posts" show the avatars of the new posters with an up arrow. If the user clicks on that overlay, it takes them to the top showing the updated posts already displayed.
