Set up a bucket and utilize kafka connect to store records until we set up a long-term db solution.

• Add IaC to provision a private S3 bucket.
• Implement a service to persist all Kafka records as S3 objects in the bucket, conforming to the representation used by the S3 Sink connector. Specifically:
  • S3 object keys are as defined by https://docs.confluent.io/kafka-connectors/s3-sink/current/overview.html#s3-object-names.
  • Kafka record values are stored in the "raw" format as defined by https://docs.confluent.io/kafka-connectors/s3-sink/current/overview.html#s3-object-formats.
  • Record keys and headers are stored as defined by https://docs.confluent.io/kafka-connectors/s3-sink/current/overview.html#writing-record-keys-and-headers.
