Thats strange, did you use the one on this link http://nasqar.abudhabi.nyu.edu/deseq2shiny/ ? I could not replicate the problem, please share the file you are trying to upload so I can investigate further. |

I want to do transcript quantification. here is the list. Its not
happening. Earlier run had produced the results.

Its probably todo with versions of R libraries (Shiny or other html
related libraries).

I have a similar issue with the both the web and local runs. On local, after hitting upload to upload both counts and metadata, I get the error in R:
On the webhosted version the upload never uploads. This is true for me even when using provided example data/metadata files. |
Hi,
The input file keeps uploading without any further step in the app.
How to circumvent this? It shows no error either.
