2 empty new lines between functions

Great formatter! Thanks for your efforts!

The only thing that I wish I could change was to have 2 empty new lines between functions. I use single empty newlines inside functions to separate logical parts and to improve readability. So I'd want to have a bigger gap in-between functions, aka the next abstraction level.

To achieve this I use my own formatter that runs tidy and makes 2 empty lines between top level blocks.
