Audit logging config breaks when there is Splunk OTEL

Background

There is an issue in the audit config for exec and open that will cause the app to not run when you are using Splunk OTEL (or possibly opentelemetry-instrumentation-*) modules. We are currently unsure if the logging is overwhelmed, or if the module logging is clashing with the app logging.

Temporary Workaround

Comment out the open and exec lines in the audit file to disable them, and the app will boot as expected. We will dig more into this to see if we can't find a more permanent solution, or if we need these logging since OTEL might handle this already
