Core components of SAMI language

This project runs on Java 11.
- Clone sami-core, sami-crw, and sami-dreaam under the same parent directory (there are some relative filepaths to common resources that haven't been moved to an external project)
- Rename each of these project's
nbproject-templatefolder tonbproject - You should now be able to open, compile, and run the projects
