Search the repo (for both omxr and omicser) and replace with final name (once determined).

I personally like omxr!

We need to loop Chris in on this. (and get him officially on the dev team 😉 ) . I had a slack convo about how confusing the tutorial materials now since the name is not set. But we are also excited to have a naming contest... so for now "omicser" is the repo name ... a couple omxr 's are running about... and lots of wordy "NDCN -omics browser"

Related: need to adopt a convention on how to refer to the "omics". I've been trying to use "-omics" and italicize different flavors, but I don't think its creating the desired idea. Its a "multi-omic" browser? "____-omic" browser?
