NDT HTML5 client has depdency on www.java.com

The NDT HTML5 client has a dependency on www.java.com. Loading the client at the fakewww URL causes the browser to make a request to the following URL:

http://www.java.com/js/deployJava.js

If it can't load the URL, it doesn't display the "Start Test" button and prevents the user from launching even a test.

This prevents users from running the NDT HTML5 client against a local server when access to the Internet (and www.java.com) is not available.

It'd be good if we could eliminate this dependency so that launching a test isn't dependent on a call to a java.com URL.
