This then worked as intended, running first the sim tests in sandbox and later in testnet.
I think I'd have a few questions regarding this, how would I use the recommended near-workspaces-ava script to run both environments as above from the main test script? And, what does near-workspaces-ava do that is different from running something like yarn here?

yarn
instead ofnear-workspaces-ava
