Stuck on installing

I am trying the extension but I can't seem to be able to install it:

If Docker already has Nebula installed, you won't be able to install it through the extension. If you're sure you haven't installed the Nebula image before and the installation keeps getting stuck, try switching to a different network environment to see if that helps.
