The dataset link is broken. https://static.aminer.cn/misc/na-data-kdd18.zip . I am unable to download the dataset. Can you please fix this or tell me the format of dataset. So, that I can convert my dataset into that format and run the code.

It seems that the link works well here. You can try and download via onedrive link alternatively.
