explore GraalVM AOT compile to native Mac and Linux executable #81

In the current form, the light-bot is a command line tool built with Java. This requires users to clone the repository and build the project locally before running the command line from a fixed location in the workspace. I am exploring the GraalVM in light-example-graal to ensure that most light-4j modules can be compiled into the native executable of Mac and Linux. Once we can do that for the light-bot, we can release the light-bot as an installation package on Mac and Linux. It will make it much easier for users to work with.

@jefperito I have updated content of the issue. It will take a while as there are still a lot of pending issues that need to be resolved. The direction of the GraalVM AOT is very promising but it is still not officially released yet.
