New dataset head-neck-tumor-challenge-2024

Description

I would like to push a new dataset head-neck-tumor-challenge-2024 to git-annex.
This is a public dataset (https://zenodo.org/records/11199559) , contains 150 subjects on 2 timepoints with:

Challenge: https://hntsmrg24.grand-challenge.org/overview/

anat : T2w (mix of fat-suppressed and non-fat-suppressed images) at 1.5T MRI-LINAC
GT :

• manual segmentation of primary gross tumor volume (GTVP)
• manual segmentation of metastatic node gross tumor volume (GTVPN)
• automatic segmentation of spinal cord using contrast-agnostic model v2.4

region : C1 to ~C7
