A blue screen occurs when a remote connection is made using windows11

When using the Raspberry PI zero2w, I installed the bookworm system of debian12 for it, and then tried to connect remotely with win11. After entering the user name and password correctly, the desktop screen still wouldn't display properly, and there was a blue screen and then an error, like the following.

Seeing the above error message, I think it should be the permission problem, but after using the command

sudo adduser xrdp ssl-cert

, the previous problem still occurs. I have tried many methods but none of them work

Are you trying to use the same user as on the console?

Set up a separate user for xrdp - see the FAQ entry
