Hardcode check language to donation pages

Rather than having everyone write this out by hand in their Google Doc, we should just hardcode the correct information on sending checks to TNC in the donation page template.

The updated wording should be:

If you would prefer to make your donation by check, you can mail it to our fiscal agent.

The check should be made out to the Tiny News Collective. Please write our organization's name in the memo line.
