Noticing that our quotation marks are standard, when proper typography would transform them into curly or "smart" quotes. There are libraries for this, shouldn't be too hard. Not at all a priority, but if someone has time, should be a quick job.

@TylerFisher is this feature request still valid? I see that published articles have curly quotes, though I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place:
